Studio-Wide Privacy Practices
We aim to limit data handling to what is needed to provide, support, distribute, and, where disclosed, fund our applications. An app-specific entry controls if it describes a practice more precisely than this studio-wide section.
Scope and applications covered
This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaCatStudios, also referred to as Alpha Cat Studios ("we", "our", or "us"), handles information in the applications and games identified in the app-specific section below.
The studio-wide practices apply to every covered application. Each application then has its own entry describing its platforms, local storage, and third-party services. This structure allows us to add future applications without changing the details for existing applications.
Information handled directly by Alpha Cat Studios
The covered applications do not necessarily collect information directly from you. The app-specific entry states whether an application asks for personal details or provides accounts.
If you choose to contact us, we receive the email address and information included in your message so that we can respond. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.
Local device storage
A covered application may store scores, progress, or preferences locally on your device. Local data is used to remember the application state and is not available to us unless an app-specific entry says otherwise. Third-party services included in an application may separately process information as described below and in their own policies.
Third-party services and links
We list the third-party services used by each covered application in its app-specific entry. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and may offer their own settings or privacy controls. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; the privacy practices of those sites are controlled by their operators.
Purposes of processing
Depending on the application and platform, information may be handled to:
- Provide gameplay and remember local scores or preferences
- Respond to support or privacy messages that you send us
- Display and measure advertising that supports an application
- Understand product interactions and application performance
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with applicable legal requirements
Data sharing
We do not sell contact messages or locally stored scores and settings. Information may, however, be collected and shared automatically by a third-party SDK or platform identified in an app-specific entry. Those providers may process the information for purposes such as advertising, analytics, performance, and fraud prevention.
We may also disclose information that we hold if required by applicable law or a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of our services.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on where the information is stored. Local scores and settings remain on a device until the user resets the application's data or uninstalls the application, as described in the relevant app entry. Because we cannot access data stored only on your device, we cannot directly delete it for you.
Messages that you send us may remain in our email records as needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records. Third-party providers retain and delete information according to their own policies and controls.
Data security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. Locally stored information is also protected by your device and platform security settings. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Any specific security statement made by a third-party provider is identified in the relevant app entry.
International processing
Third-party providers may process information on servers located in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies explain their processing locations and any safeguards they apply. By using a covered application, information may therefore be processed internationally where applicable.
Children's privacy
Our covered applications are intended for a 13+ audience unless an app-specific entry states otherwise. Cozy Cubies is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not ask Cozy Cubies players to submit personal contact details. If you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
User choices and rights
Available choices depend on the application, platform, location, and provider. You may be able to clear local app data, uninstall an application, change Android advertising settings, use an in-app privacy-options control when available, or use privacy controls supplied by a web platform.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection for personal information that we hold. Contact us to make a request. We cannot access or delete data stored only on your device, and requests about data controlled by a third-party provider should be directed to that provider.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when an application or its data practices change. The "Last updated" date will show when this page was revised. Material app-specific changes will be reflected in the relevant application entry.

App-Specific Policies
The following entry describes the current data practices for Cozy Cubies. Future applications can be added as separate entries in this section.
Applications
No application-specific policies are listed at this time.
Games
Cozy Cubies
- Developer and publisher: AlphaCatStudios (Alpha Cat Studios)
- Android package: com.alphacatstudios.cozycubies
- Platforms: Android and a separate CrazyGames WebGL version
- Accounts: No account or login is required
- Intended audience: 13+; not specifically directed to children under 13
Information handled directly for Cozy Cubies
Cozy Cubies does not ask players to submit a name, email address, phone number, or precise location. It does not provide or require a Cozy Cubies account. This does not prevent the Android advertising SDK or the CrazyGames platform from processing the technical information described below.
Local storage in Cozy Cubies
Cozy Cubies stores high scores and game preferences locally on the device. This data remains until you reset the application's data or uninstall the application. Alpha Cat Studios cannot access or directly delete this locally stored data from your device.
Advertising and Google Mobile Ads on Android
The Android version uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). It displays banner ads during active gameplay and occasional interstitial ads at natural game-over breaks.
Google states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention and security:
- IP address: May be used to estimate the device's general or approximate location
- User product interactions: Such as app launches, taps, and ad or video interactions
- Diagnostic and performance information: Such as app launch time, hang rate, energy usage, and SDK performance
- Device and account identifiers: Including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and, when applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device
This SDK processing can occur even though Cozy Cubies has no user account. Google states that data collected by the SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Google controls its processing and retention of this information under its own policies.
Consent and privacy choices on Android
Cozy Cubies uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage consent or other privacy choices where required. UMP may show a privacy message to eligible users and may make a privacy-options control available when required for that user. Whether a message or control appears can depend on factors such as the user's region, eligibility, and current consent status, so not every user will see a privacy message.
Where available, use the in-app privacy-options control to review or change the choices offered through UMP. Android device settings may also allow you to reset or delete the Android advertising ID. Ads may still be shown after certain privacy choices, but they may be less personalized.
CrazyGames WebGL version
The separate WebGL version of Cozy Cubies is provided through the CrazyGames platform and uses CrazyGames platform services rather than the Android AdMob integration. CrazyGames may process platform usage and device data, in-game statistics, IP addresses, browser or operating-system information, cookies, and advertising identifiers as described in its privacy policy. CrazyGames provides its own consent and advertising-preference controls for eligible platform users.
